Delivery areas

We ship our goods exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery time

The delivery time stated for the respective article applies as the delivery time.
The stated delivery time also applies to self-collection.
We cannot accept any guarantee for delays in delivery by our service providers.

Delivery service

We normally send our parcels with the Swiss postal service.
Larger consignments are sent with our contracted forwarders.

Self-collection

You are also welcome to collect your goods from our shop in Däniken. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. Pick-up without e-mail notification is not possible.

Partial delivery

In principle, your order will be delivered as soon as all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you need a part of your delivery earlier, you can contact us.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are shown including packaging costs. You will find the actual postage costs in the shopping cart or on the overview before you complete your order.

Postal delivery

The usual regulations and prices of the Swiss postal service apply with regard to weight and dimensions.
